Our Sleep Welfare Packages are more than just sleep plans – they are comprehensive, tailored guides providing you with all the information you need at your fingertips to improve your child’s sleep.

Sleep Superstars offers three different sleep welfareĀ packagesĀ for babies and children aged 6-36 months. With all of them you will receive a sleep plan and resource pack which we tailor to your child and your preferences as a parent.Ā  The ā€˜Superstar Sleep Plan’ outlines all the essentials for improving your child’s sleep, from their daytime and bedtime routines to a step-by-step guide to coaching your child to better sleep.

The second document is a Resource Pack packed with helpful information including the science behind your child’s sleep cycles, how to tackle early rising and much much more.Ā  The Resource Pack compliments your main Sleep Plan and side-by-side they give you everything you need to help improve your child’s sleep.

We want to make your experience as easy and smooth as possible. That’s why we are also giving you full access to our Sleep Support Hub which will support and guide you throughout the process as you work to improve your child’s sleep.Ā  You can choose whether to have access to our Sleep Support Hub for 1 week, 4 weeks or for a full year.

  • What is "sleep welfare"?

When we use the term “sleep welfare” we mean everything that relates to your child’s sleep wellbeing.Ā  Joanna is a qualified holistic sleep consultant and has done extensive training not just in baby sleep but in everything that influences and surrounds it.Ā  This not only includes good sleeping habits but also other areas that impact on sleep including food and daylight exposure.

When you purchase one of our Sleep Welfare Packages, we ensure that everything you need is included and we select only the information that is relevant to your family in an easy-to-read, user-friendly format.

  • What’s so special about Sleep Superstars?

When Sleep Superstars was founded, the aim was to help you and your family get the sleep you need and deserve.Ā  Parenting is incredibly challenging, so how can you do the best job when you aren’t getting enough sleep? Sleep Superstars is here to help you improve your child’s sleep habits so that you can get the sleep you need.

Our vision was to create top quality sleep advice at an affordable price for parents.Ā  We wanted our sleep advice to be better than anything else in the baby sleep industry and to be accessible to every parent.Ā Ā In our world of information overload, there is simply too much information out there.Ā  So, we do the hard work to produce and bring together up-to-date, evidence-based sleep advice and then ensure that you receive only the parts that are relevant to your family by tailoring your sleep package to your child.

  • How do I know that I can trust my Superstar Sleep Plan?

Trust is incredibly important to us.Ā  Our families are our top priority.

Joanna is a highly qualified paediatric sleep consultant with a level 6 OCN accreditation in holistic sleep coaching.Ā  She is also listed on theĀ Holistic Sleep Coach DatabaseĀ and is a member of theĀ International Association of Child Sleep Consultants.Ā  Joanna personally drafted all the Sleep Welfare Packages.Ā  She also drew from her previous profession as a lawyer, applied her own first-hand experiences as a mother and listened to parents and addressed their concerns.Ā  She conducted in-depth research and rigorous testing to achieve a quality product which included testing the packages until there was complete satisfaction.

Of course, Joanna’s role is ongoing.Ā  She regularly updates the content of the Sleep Welfare Packages and the Sleep Support Hub to keep them relevant and to address parents’ feedback.

  • What age of child do you provide sleep plans for?

Sleep Superstars currently provides Sleep Welfare Packages for children aged from 6 months up to 36 months.Ā  Joanna is in the process of finalising her 0-6 months Gentle Sleep Support package which is designed for babies aged under 6 months.Ā  This will be a comprehensive document of advice for parents to gently guide their babies into great sleep habits without involving sleep training of any kind.

We do not believe that formal sleep ‘training’ is suitable for children under 6 months of age (for babies who were born full term), and longer for premature babies. Please do not purchase one of our 6-36 months packages if your baby is under 6 months. Young babies need their parents to be responsive to their needs at night.Ā  They might need feeding or be unwell and a parent must be able to notice quickly even slight changes so that they can respond appropriately.

  • Once I purchase my package, how quickly can I access it?

Once you purchase your package you will get instant access as soon as you have completed our online questionnaire. The online questionnaire allows us to tailor your package to your child – to ensure that you are receiving only the information that is relevant to your family.Ā  Because we believe your time is precious and too much choice can sometimes prevent action.Ā  With our 6-36 month packages you will receive a sleep plan and resource pack.Ā  Your account will also give you access to the Sleep Support Hub for either 1 week, 4 weeks or 1 year from the date of purchase depending on your choice of package.

  • How long will it take to improve my child’s sleep?

This will depend on the type of sleep training method that we recommend for you and your child and how gradual that method is.Ā  It can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks for you to go through your sleep plan but most parents begin to notice a positive change within the first week.

  • Will my child cry when I start a Sleep Welfare Package?

We provide some very gradual and gentle sleep plans which help you to support your child to improve their sleep.Ā  However, even with these plans, breaking your child’s entrenched sleep habits can lead to crying.Ā  If it upsets you to hear your child cry, even whilst you are next to them and supporting them, then you need to decideĀ whether you really want to sleep train your child at all.Ā  Your Sleep Welfare Package will, in any event, be full of useful information to get your child into good habits which are worth implementing even if you don’t carry out the full step-by-step sleep training plan.

  • Will a Superstar Sleep Plan get my child to sleep through the night?

No sleep consultant can guarantee that your child will sleep through the night.Ā  However, Sleep Superstars is confident that you will experience a significant improvement in your child’s sleep (see ourĀ Refund Policy).Ā  Sleeping through the night is a developmental milestone depending on a number of factors including the age and weight of your child. Once a child no longer needs to be fed during the night, they should then be able to sleep through to morning.

Many babies tend to night wean between the ages of 6-9 months, once they are well established on three solid meals a day together with milk feeds in between.Ā  However, some babies still feed at night aged 18 months and beyond.

Your Sleep Welfare Package will help you get to the stage that your child can sleep through the night once you are confident that your child no longer needs their night feeds.Ā  The package will focus on your child’s routine, getting into the right sleep habits and falling asleep independently.Ā  This will enable your child to get themselves back to sleep as they go through their natural sleep cycles during the night.

Please remember that there will be times when your child won’t sleep well, be it they are ill, or reach a developmental milestone that affects their sleep.Ā  This is perfectly normal and to be expected.Ā  However, we are confident that your child’s sleep will improve significantly if you carefully follow your tailored plan.
