Our super-fair refund policy
Nothing can 100% guarantee good sleep, but Sleep Superstars is confident that you will see an improvement to your child’s sleep within a matter of days or weeks. In the event that you have not seen any improvement at all, we will provide a full refund under the following conditions:
- You have followed your Superstar Sleep Plan for a period of at least 3 weeks.
- Where you have access to the Sleep Support Hub, you have used the Hub to search for sleep help.
- You purchased your Superstar Sleep Plan no more than 6 weeks ago.
- Your child is not under 6 months and not older than 3 years old. Superstar Sleep Plans are only suitable for children aged 6-36 months.
- You must confirm that your child’s sleep has not seen any improvement whatsoever. You must provide a written summary of your child’s sleep problems and specifically, the reasons why your Superstar Sleep Plan did not either address or resolve your issues to [email protected]. Please note that if Sleep Superstars considers that the issues you are struggling with have been sufficiently addressed by your Superstar Sleep Plan or the Sleep Support Hub then a refund will not be approved.
- If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 7 working days.
